u have to take costs into consideration...
if some ppl already have coats... do they really want to be spending more monies on making another coat exactly the same (just different material prolli)

Thats Cool! I would like to go as Sasori, if u still need one and my friend Peanuts would like to go as Konan. And yes I agree, coats should be the same across the group. Its looks a lot better.
