wow Mizumi your so good with digital wonderful you should do a how to draw on the comp peice its soooooo good stabby your art is awesome slightly creapy but very eye catching great work ^^ this is my latest art peice its from a manga called Bride of the Water God and has wonderful characters and beautiful art work i have fallen in love with it and had to draw the lead girl from it ^^ hope you like her  i no her eyes arnt perfect but it took about 3 hrs to do so im still very happy with it ^^ i havnt done something so detailed before so it was a good challenge |

hey guys~ I haven't posted art in agessss~ So here's something new from me~ The line art was done on paper with copic ink. Colouring, the sky painting and effects were done on Photoshop. I've never coloured anything on photoshop before so I thought i'd give it a shot~ oh...and it was done with a mouse...I couldn;t be stuffed to connect a tablet...  |

nothing wrong with Shoujo when it is done well~ <333 your colouring technique is soo goood!! digital and traditional!!! btw with copic fineliners, do they smudge when you go over them with markers? i've yet to find a pen that doesn't do that Will, wow!! i woulda never have thought that was your first try!! i really like the composition! <33 and happy chinese new year to you~ Jmund, wow your details are impressive! i love the shading of her lips i've felt that i havn't "drawn" in a while so i sketched this up last night  pose and face are taken from Jess Hart EDIT: and this  |

i've yet to find a pen that doesn't do that I'd assume they don't o_o I've never tried them though 'cause they're pretty expensive lol ]: I use Sakura Pigma Microns and uhh... [what was that called again..] Staedtler Pigment Liners and they don't smudge for me o.o ... Unless of course you really colour over it heaps and then it probably won't withstand the alcohol / w/e chemical the marker is; so it's best to do the main lineart first, then colour everything [while trying not to go over the lineart too much], and then do the rest of your lineart detailing / fixing after you're finished with the marker work. |

I'm really trying to search for something and the only thing that catches my eye is the white roses on the man's hand? I think they need a little more shading or depth to them as they seem to have a lot less detail than the rest of the picture.
